57 was examine women suffering from osteoporosis in the early period after menopause on the result test of greatness of fluorine dose in osteoporosis showed that using fluoride 0.25 mg/kg/24 h, influences well on bone tissue transforming in big increase of concentration of osteocalcine and the grade on vertebral body mineralisation.
