A problem of vulvovaginal infections in prepubertal girls has been presented in brief. Several factors differentiate this conditions from adequate in adults. Adolescents also seem to be a perfect target group for sexually transmitted diseases. Bacterioscopic examination of stained sample, clinical evaluation and, occasionally precise bacterial identification are useful in diagnostic procedures.
