A rare sclerosing stroma tumor of the ovary in pregnancy – a case report

We report a case of a 31-year-old patient with a solid ovarian tumor, ultrasonographically diagnosed in the first trimester of pregnancy. The patient underwent adnexectomy in the twelfth week of pregnancy and gave full-term birth by cesarean section in accordance with the oncological protocol.
