The similarity in the clinical course of Leśniowski-Crohn’s disease and infectious inflammatory bowel diseases, especially yersiniosis, can be the cause of diagnostic difficulties and then inefficacy of applied treatment. Problems of this kind appear in everyday clinical practice, what is illustrated by two cases of patients hospitalized in the Gastroenterology Department of CSK MSWiA in Warsaw
