A large percentage of the population complains of digestive disorders, which can cause a wide range of troublesome ailments for the patient. They are usually associated with disorders of the biliary tract, including the biliary or pancreatic sphincter of Oddi and the gallbladder. The diagnosis is the result of diagnostics aimed at excluding organic lesions. Bile acids, which are subject to constant hepatic-intestinal circulation, play a huge role in maintaining and regulating many metabolisms in the body. They maintain the appropriate condition of the intestinal microbiota, the integrity of the intestinal barrier, have anti-inflammatory properties and regulate intestinal motor activity. There are no good treatment regimens for dyskinesia, depending on the etiology, different groups of drugs are effective, preferably antispasmodics, including hymecromone, which is most effective in relaxing the sphincter of Oddi and thus regulating the activity of the bile ducts.
