Drug interactions used in pain patients are important in the practice of each doctor. Knowledge of the most common associations that lead to changes in the effectiveness and safety of analgesic therapy allows avoidance of interactions that can lead to serious complications, including death of the patient. This work is designed to familiarise physicians with the most common problems that may arise in patients with pain who are using polypharmacotherapy.
