Patients after heart infarction
Online publish date: 2018/08/09
Cardiovascular diseases remain the most common cause of death. Moreover, heart infarction is still a fearsome condition. Due to the availability of percutaneous coronary interventions mortality concerned with heart infarction has reduced by a half in the last two decades. Nevertheless, out-of-hospital medical care of patients after heart infarction remains a great challenge. In this article we try to give some practical advice concerning issues such as antiplatelet therapy and heart rhythm control. Moreover, we also try to move on some taboo issues, such as cardiosexuology.
