Inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus (ILVEN) is a persistent and inflammatory eruption, frequently accompanied by pruritus. The initial symptoms appear usually in infancy or childhood, predominantly on the lower extremities. The report presents a case of a female patient with ILVEN, with symmetrical distribution and typical histopathologic features, who was treated with CO2 laser.
