The article discusses the pathophysiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, and treatment of peptic ulcer disease in children, with special attention devoted to the most important pathogenic role of Helicobacter pylori infection, included characteristics of the bacteria, diagnostic methods, and therapy. We also presented 5 diverse cases directly related to the matter of the study.
