Colon cancer during pregnancy - diagnostic and therapeutic problems

The incidence of colon cancer in pregnancy is quite uncommon (0.001-0.1%). Many symptoms associated to the colon cancer as well as those of growing pregnancy are very much alike. Prognosis is very poor because the diagnosis is set late. We present a course of pregnancy in pregnant woman with the colon cancer, whose first evident symptom of cancer was the low digestive system hemorrhage.
