Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is a disease that is strictly related to nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. In the biopsy we could find both fatty hepatocyte factors and their inflammation features. Frequent occurrence of sickness is correlated with overweight, obesity, diabetes as well as hyperlipidaemia. The only way to get a certain diagnosis is to make a biopsy. In the study there are presented results of research on drugs that may help hinder progression, stop or reduce fatty liver features.
