Confronting perimenopausal women’s knowledge of coronary heart disease with their health behaviours. Controversial role of hormone replacement therapy in the protection of coronary heart disease
Usage of anti-TNF-α agents in Crohn’s disease is one of the most important therapeutic achievements in Gastro-enterology over the last few years. Unfortunately there is still a lack of evidence on how to assess objectively the performance of this biological therapy. In this paper we present a case study of a patient treated with adalimumab, in which we assessed the efficacy of the treatment relying not only on the clinical indices and laboratory markers, but also on endoscopic, histological, and radiological methods.
