Nowe możliwości leczenia guzów litych
Amerykańska Agencja ds. Żywności i Leków 19 września zatwierdziła nową formę pembrolizumabu w postaci podskórnej (subcutaneous - sc) do stosowania u dorosłych i młodzieży (≥12 lat) w terapii nowotworów litych we wskazaniach dotychczas obejmowanych przez postać dożylną (intravenous - iv). Preparat zawiera połączenie pembrolizumabu z berahialuronidazą alfa (PMPh), co umożliwia jego skuteczne wchłanianie po podaniu podskórnym.
